Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about Muvote IPTV service, installation, channels, payment methods, and device compatibility.

What is IPTV and how does it work?

IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It delivers TV content through your internet connection instead of traditional cable or satellite. You need a device with internet, a subscription, and the IBO Player app.

Is there a contract or auto-renewal?

No. Muvote operates on a prepaid model. You pay once for a fixed period. No automatic charges, no hidden costs. When your subscription ends, it simply stops.

Which devices are supported?

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast with Google TV, smartphones and tablets (iOS/Android), Windows and Mac computers, MAG boxes, Formuler, and gaming consoles. All via the IBO Player app.

Can I watch on multiple screens at once?

Each subscription supports one device at a time. You can install the app on multiple devices but cannot stream simultaneously. Contact us for multi-screen options.

How quickly do I receive my credentials?

You receive your login details within 5 to 15 minutes after payment via email with your Xtream API codes and M3U link. Always check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Do I need fast internet for 4K?

We recommend a stable download speed of 30-50 Mbps for 4K content. For best performance, use a wired ethernet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Does the service work outside the US?

Absolutely. Muvote works worldwide. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you can access all channels and content from any country.

What IPTV app do you recommend?

We exclusively support and recommend the IBO Player app. It is available on virtually every platform and offers the best compatibility with our service.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you experience issues we cannot resolve within 48 hours, we offer a full refund. Contact support at [email protected] with your order details.

What is the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?

M3U is a direct link to your channel list, ideal for apps like VLC. Xtream Codes use a username, password, and server URL, ideal for IBO Player. We provide both formats in your welcome email.

What if I need help with installation?

Check our detailed setup guide or contact our support team via email or WhatsApp for direct assistance. We are available every day.
