At Muvote, we want you to be completely satisfied with your IPTV subscription.

1. General Policy

All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital streaming content, we are unable to offer refunds after activation. We encourage you to use our Try 1 Month first.

2. Eligible Exceptions

2.1 Extended Service Outage

If Muvote experiences a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit.

2.2 Duplicate Charge

If charged more than once for the same plan due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund of duplicate charges.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

  • Changed your mind after purchasing
  • Purchased the wrong plan
  • Issues with your own internet or device
  • Account suspended for Terms violation
  • Did not use the Service during subscription

  2. Include: full name, email, purchase date, issue description
  3. Submit within 7 days of the qualifying event
  4. Our team responds within 3 business days
